Some of our products, such as mouth tape and sleep masks, may affect breathing or be unsuitable for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., sleep apnea, asthma, or nasal blockages). By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring they are safe and appropriate for your use. We are not liable for any misuse or adverse effects.

3. Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. All product details are subject to change without notice.
4. Payments
By submitting a payment, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method. Prices are listed in NOK (Norwegian Krone) and may be subject to taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Domestic Shipping (within Norway): 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping (to European countries): 5–10 business days.
- International Shipping (to non-European countries): 7–21 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or weather events.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your product(s), without providing a reason. However, please note that hygiene products, such as mouth tape and sleep masks, cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
For eligible returns, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days at [email protected] to initiate the return.
- Return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
7. Warranty Information
In accordance with Norwegian consumer law, our products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date you receive the product. If you receive a defective product, you have the right to request:
- A repair
- A replacement
- A refund
